Prize Draw
The Monthly Prize Draw consists of a random draw conducted once a month. Entry to the draw is by completion of comments regarding racing websites. Prizes are advertised and provided with no guarantees whatsoever. Racing100.co.uk retains the right to carry over a monthly draw to the next month if the number of new entries since the last draw is less than 250.

General
The exclusion of any user or any Content provided by a user or any delay, forbearance or indulgence by racing100.co.uk in exercising any right, power or remedy available to it shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that right and shall not preclude racing100.co.uk exercising that right at any subsequent time or on any subsequent occasion.
