Every time I login I get a message
saying I need to confirm my account
Once you register for an account you will be sent an email.
You need to open the email and then click on the link - there
are full instructions in the email. If your email software
will not allow you to click on a link then you will need to copy the
link into your browser.
How do I confirm my account if
I've not received or lost the confirmation email?
If you do not receive the email or have lost it you need to
re-register. Our systems will
only grant you access to an Author account if we have a
confirmed email address on file to reduce automated sign-ups and
any fraudulent activity.
I have activated my account but keep getting a message saying
my account doesn't exist when I attempt to login.
You are either entering the wrong email address or you have miss-spelt
your email address when you signed up.
Contact us and we
will check your account for you.
What is my password?
We always use your email address as your login password.
However, once you have confirmed your Author account you may
change your password if
you wish.
