How do you rank horseracing websites?
Rankings are based on website quality, traffic and Author feedback.  Each website is measured for quality of both their site itself, content and range of services compared to other websites in the same category.

How often are the rankings updated?
We update the rankings every day.

Who determines the number of stars a website receives?
A Racing100 reviewer allocates the quality rating, expressed as a number of stars (0-5).

I'm looking for a particular website - how do I find it?
Use our website search facility.

I don't agree with a comment, what do I do?
Simply make your own comment against the same website and reference the Author with which you disagree.

Why do some websites not appear?
We probably haven't got round to listing it!  Tell us if you want to suggest a racing website.

How can I suggest a website?

I can't login to my Prize Draw account - help!
All you need is your email address to access your account.  Check it is spelt correctly - if you still can't get in then contact us.

I've got problems with my Prize Draw account, what do I do?
Contact our helpdesk.  We'll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Why hasn't my comment appeared on your website?
When you submit a comment regarding a website or service it requires approval by a Racing100 reviewer before you can see it live in the public area of the website.  You can track your pending and approved comments through your Prize Draw Account.
 
I want to enter the Prize Draw, what do I do?
Login to your Prize Draw account and then view the available entries in the 'Entries' section of your Account.  You need do nothing to enter each monthly draw - we do this for you.
 
I want to submit articles to Racing100 - can I do that straight away?
Once you have created your Prize Draw Account you can then submit articles to Racing100.  You can only submit articles when you are logged into your account.

What do I get for every comment or article I submit?
Every website or service has an entries value attached to it.  Basically as a website/service receives more comments the value of the entries decreases.  You can earn up to 3 points for a individual accepted comment and up to 50 points for an accepted article.
 
What's the process for approving a comment or article?
Just provide your email address, rate the service and write your comment.  To have the comment accepted it must adhere to our content guidelines.

Why can't I submit a full website review?
Website reviews are only authored and posted by approved Racing100 reviewers.

Why has my site received a low website quality ranking?
Rankings are from 0 to 5.  The best (5) is only granted on rare occasions.  All quality ratings are based on the professionalism, depth of content and usability of your website in comparison to others in your category.

I want to have my quality ranking re-assessed
You can request a re-evaluation of your website at any time, but it must be due to a significant change to the service or the content.  Reviews and alterations to free listings can take up to three months due to demand.

How can I improve my rankings?
Create more traffic to your website, provide a great service, but also encourage your customers to provide you with feedback on Racing100.  Positive comments on Racing100 will increase your ranking significantly.  There are further ideas and links you can provide to your customers in the webmasters area.

Simply register for a webmaster account and write your review of your website or service - its all FREE.
